A Culinary Operations Manager plays a critical role in the chef industry by overseeing the operations in a professional kitchen or a food service establishment. They are responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation meets the standards, creating and supervising menus, and managing the budget and financial plans related to the kitchen or restaurant.
