Pastries A-La Carte, a family owned bakery based in the south hills of Pittsburgh, began with owner Kathy Battis baking delicious, state-of-the-art cakes and cookies from her family home. Due to the popularity of her products, she opened a storefront on April 9, 2004 and now boasts an extensive product line of pastries, pies, cakes, cupcakes, danishes, cheesecakes, specialty cookies and more.

Through Pastries A-La Carte's focus on both quality and artistry, the bakery is proud to be the official bakery of the Pittsburgh Penguins, providing top-tier products and service to other sports teams, hospitals, venues, and restaurants in the Pittsburgh region in addition to providing all of the guests who visit our shop exceptional service and a variety of sumptuous products.
