Brief overview of the establishment’s functions:

The Frederick Stearns House is a multiuse property. The primary function of this facility is to operate as a Bed and Breakfast. Additionally, the house will be open to the public for tours, ballroom dancing, restaurant service and private parties.

The main attraction to the home is the historical value, exterior/interior design, architecture style, custom antique furniture, and a curated art collection that will specifically attract many guests. The house was built in 1902 and features Arts and Crafts – Medieval style architecture and is registered with the National Register of Historic places in 1985.

The Bed and Breakfast consists of 3 floors plus a basement: top two floors include 10 guest suites; first floor includes formal dining room, breakfast dining nook, reception office, outdoor terrace, balcony, two sunrooms, library, and ballroom; basement includes parlor sitting space, bar, wine cellar, and storage spaces.

The restaurant will consist of outdoor and indoor dining. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner service will be available to our B&B patrons and reservations available to the public. The menu will include simple yet elevated dishes including a prix fixe menu and full beverage service
