Variety and choice are always on the constantly rotating menus at Covenant Woods’ four dining venues. “I get so much satisfaction from seeing how happy residents get over the food here,” says Mike Scheff, who joined Covenant Woods in 2016 as dining director after two decades managing kitchens at restaurants, country clubs, and retirement communities. “I’ve seen how other communities do food, and we’ve created something here that truly elevates the dining experience. It’s like no other.”
