Locally owned and operated, we have been serving up nutritious and delicious Hawaiian poke bowls since 2018 out of our City Market location. Our goal with our second location at the new Bottleworks District is to create chef inspired poke bowls unlike anything in the area.

We are still a young company of 2 years, however we have ambitions to grow out of downtown into Carmel and Fishers over the coming years. This means there will be opportunities to grow with us. Curating new recipes, pairing them with sake and beer as well as growing our catering business are just a few of the ways additional responsibility and opportunity will be provided to those who are eager for it.
