We are a country western establishment focused on serving excellent burgers, salads, steak entrees and weekend specials such as barbecue ribs or fish n' chips. Located along highway 287, we are the last stop before heading into Wyoming towards Laramie. We have a very fast paced tourist season from May to September and picks up again during hunting seasons & holidays. We are a 15 to 20 minute drive from Fort Collins and are surrounded by ranches, the post office and a few homes. The Forks was established in 1875 and was previously a stagecoach stop. Over the years the downstairs store has transformed into a deli, convenience store & gas station, while the upstairs restaurant & bar was installed nearly 5 years ago.
