Broad Street Baking Company was founded by two high school friends who went into the restaurant business together in 1993, one a Chef and the other a businessman. Broad Street is THE premier independently-owned, full-scale bakery, deli & cafe in Mississippi, with a large selection of confectionery and artisan breads baked in house. It was founded in 1998 as an ode to one of the partner's grandparents, who had two bakeries on Broad Street in Trenton, NJ back in the 1940's-1950's. The partners have two other restaurants as well, which were imagined, created, and realized by the two over their now 24-year career in the restaurant business together. To this day, the pair continue to be a vital force in operating and growing their businesses with a flair for above average product quality, over-the-top service and enduring consistency.
