Your Role as a Cook:

Prepare delicious, nutritious meals for residents Ensure food is cooked to perfection & meets dietary needsWork as part of a fun & fast-paced culinary teamFollow food safety & sanitation standardsBring creativity & passion to the kitchen!

What You Need to Succeed:

Previous cooking experience (healthcare or restaurant experience a plus!) Knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines A team player with a positive attitude Passion for cooking & creating memorable meals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of cooking experience required.
• Cooks must be skilled in various cooking techniques and methods.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited secondary (Vo tech) culinary program, or post-secondary training or graduation from a culinary training program preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current Serve Safe certificate preferred.
