Award winning Monkeypod Kitchen Wailea is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team!

We are well-known to both residents and visitors alike for a spectacular handcrafted experience. We feature locally sourced products, and support organic and sustainable farming, ranching, and fishing practices. We here at Monkeypod Kitchen Wailea take great pride in our restaurant, and enjoy mastering the craft of food drink and Merrimaking with aloha.

Applicant Qualifications Include:

- 2 years minimum experience in a kitchen management position

- Culinary school graduate preferred

- Applicant must possess: organizational skills, time management skills, be creative, motivated, punctual, friendly, team player, and have the ability to coach/lead young cooks

- Preferred experience with Excel, ordering, scheduling, costing out items, creating specials, etc.

- Must have open schedule availability: AM, PM, weekends, and holidays

- High volume experience required

- Fine dining experience preferred

- Butchering experience preferred
