TITLE: Catering Executive Chef
SALARY: $85,000 – $90,000

SUMMARY
Are you a passionate culinary leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and excellence? Our catering client is seeking an Executive Chef, Catering to lead their hospitality team with integrity and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, recipes, and core processes, holding the culinary team accountable.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to drive excellence.
- Oversee menu rollouts, food quality, and adherence to safety & labor regulations.
- Collaborate on purchasing, budgeting, and event preparation.
- Lead menu innovation, incorporating seasonal ingredients and industry trends.
- Manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, payroll tracking, and team development.
- Work event chef shifts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef
- 7+ years in high-volume catering or banquet settings.
- Proven team leadership experience (8+ employees, 2+ direct reports).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and culinary software (Caterease preferred).
- ServSafe Manager Certification required.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and navigate stairs.
- Culinary degree preferred; must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable record.
