Kitchen Manager

Are you a culinary professional seeking to advance your career? The Grille at Bridgewater Crossing is currently in search of a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Beaver, PA 15009. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing all facets of our kitchen operations, which includes managing food costs, ensuring food quality, coordinating back of house and collaborating front of house activities, supervising food preparation, and more.

Job Expectations:

• Ensure and uphold high standards of food quality and service
• Manage food cost and inventory effectively
• Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations
• The kitchen manager role is a hands-on position that requires cooking alongside the team while managing kitchen opertations
• Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment
• Inspire and lead kitchen staff
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations
