Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Develop and design creative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and target market.
  • Manage food costing, pricing, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate food trends to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of food costing, menu preparation, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
