Located in a 150 year-old, one of a kind renovated church, Freemason Abbey Restaurant has been a local’s favorite in the heart of downtown Norfolk for 35 years. We host thousands of local guests every year, as well as attracting visitors from all over. We are an iconic, destination location.

Our atmosphere is elegant yet casual, so there is no need to feel under-dressed. We pride ourselves on reasonable prices, appealing to those celebrating special occasions as well as those who enjoy dining out often.

Our menu features fresh seafood, steaks, pasta dishes, and our award-winning She Crab Soup. There is a full bar to compliment your meal. We have plenty of on-premises parking at all times, a real plus being downtown.

Our staff takes great pride in caring for our guests, serving chef inspired dishes at a high level of service. We have been highly rated and awarded over the years for both food and service.
