ABOUT
Our Restaurant
In September of 2012, The Amherst Corner was opened. Having an “old restaurant” as an office, we had many people stopping in throughout the day and asking for food but most of all for ice-cream! We talked it over as a family, prayed about it and felt God opening the doors to start The Ice-Cream Parlor. We fell in love with Hershey’s hand dipped ice-cream and on April 8th, 2013 we sold our first cone!

Our Menu
Our shop started with 32 flavors of delicious hand-dipped Hershey’s ice-cream along with shakes, splits, sundaes and MUCH more. In July of 2013, as the business grew and people wanted lunch and dinner, we added hot dogs and pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. In our second summer we added hamburgers and MUCH more to our menu!

God’s Many Blessings
God has blessed us with several WONDERFUL employees and that helps keep the fun, family atmosphere! The Ice Cream Parlor is now The Amherst Corner Restaurant. It is a family-owned businesses and all of our customers are considered friends! We do our best to not only fill your needs for food and dessert, but also to be a listening ear and to share the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
