Diagnosed with celiac in 2010, Big Mike had to change his life in many ways, personally as well as professionally. Realizing how difficult it was for people suffering from food allergies and conditions such as celiac, to enjoy many of their favorite food and fresh baked treats. It soon became my passion to create a flour blend and desserts that are not only gluten free, but would taste great as well. We’ve created delicious gluten free, vegan, dairy free and sugar free desserts and foods for everyone to enjoy.
At Big Mike’s you will taste the love and love the taste. Changing lives one bite at a time is what we do.
