The West Branch Angler Resort is a family-owned and proudly operated resort. That being said, we are not your typical place. Ownership here pushes for individuality over conformity. Although we have been in this business over 30 years we are a firm believer that things can always be done better and the key to achieving that is listening and implementing staff ideas and culture. We welcome and encourage our staff to speak up, if you know a better way or even think you do we welcome it.... we want you to be part of this place, when it comes down to it our staff is the blood that pumps thought the veins of our business.

We operate seasonal from April-November but compensate more like a yearly establishment, we want you back every year. We are looking for a dedicated person to join our team. We are a tight-knit core group of individuals that have become family over the years and looking to add some new faces. If you are looking at this then you know the camaraderie you get in a restaurant is unlike anything you can get anywhere else in the world. This job can provide new opportunities and flexibility to bring your own creative ideas to the kitchen. We have a packed season ahead of us with weddings, events, and dinner services. Anyone who has worked in a kitchen knows how stressful, hectic, yet rewarding and everything in between it can be. This job takes dedication and reliability. Willingness to do what needs to be done.
We all work very hard and won’t ask from anyone what our owner, managers and staff do daily. Like most places these days we are short staffed. This ad isn’t to just hire another body but to add someone that has the same pride and values as us. Someone with a creative outlook as a cook and as a person.
