Presenting our signature take on elevated comfort food and New American Cuisine, The Yellowstone Restaurant offers remarkable farm-to-table flavors, presentation and service, creating seasonally-inspired dishes and serving them in a casual dining atmosphere. We provide delectable desserts, pastries, and treats for all palates and dietary preferences and needs. Our menu contains gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as hearty meats and seafoods.
Our kitchen also provides service to our 313 Whiskey Room and Union Taproom, all in the same building but with seperate menus.
Our weekends are extremely busy, as is our catering. Our BoH team works hard and is led by our executive chef.
