Retail German bakery and Cafe. Owner is German trained. Currently have 25 employees. Open five days a week. Very busy 6,500 sq ft bakery in downtown Tehachapi, California. Opened in 2004. Serving Danish, croissants, scones, bagels, German and American breads using flour from Germany. Cookies, strudel, eclairs, cheesecakes, cakes, tiramisu and much more. Busy lunch business as well.
