SakiTumi in the Vista is a fusion restaurant that features both fresh sushi and a flavorful grill. We are more "americanized" sushi, focused on the basics with high quality ingredients and products. We focus on creative, flavorful dishes that never need additional flavoring other than the home made sauces that compliment the individual dishes. We've been open for 16 years, located down an alley in the back of a historic building. Our devoted customers and word of mouth advertising about our food, drinks and atmosphere have made us a destination stop for the downtown area. We take great pride in providing a casual yet energetic environment, and having an amazing staff that compliments the ambiance of our restaurant.
