Searching for an executive chef to oversee a multi unit tapas & craft mexican taco and tequileria concept with the plan of expanding to 3 locations within 3 years. One location is open, the second is due to open in November of 2022, the third September 2023. This candidate will be part of the opening, kitchen design and build out, strategy creation of the brand including menu creation, system implementation, staffing and day to day operations of the back of house. The ideal individual should have an interest in a buy in opprtunity as the buy brand grows. Estimated sales volume 3 million per year.
