Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, is a European-style eatery where every day is another chance to create great food for great people! We make the food you’ve eaten your whole life and the food you’ve never tried before with the help of a team committed to superb service. Our atmosphere is intimate but casual, so we make it easy to select and savor exactly what you’re craving. Whether in one of our six markets or in the comfort of your home, once you’ve had Eatzi’s, you can never get enough! Eatzi's has six gourmet markets in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The "Chef-Prepared Meals for the Taking" restaurants offer chef-prepared foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The stores also carry a wide selection of meats, sides, wines, cheeses, bread, desserts, and other specialty products. Each restaurant has a grill, salad/sandwich bar, pastry, and sushi section. Restaurant impresario Phil Romano, who founded such chains as Romano's Macaroni Grill, Fuddruckers, and Cozymel's, created Eatzi's Market & Bakery in 1996.
