The Icy Strait Lodge provides lodging, restaurant and bar services to the Community of Hoonah, Alaska. We are located 45 air miles from Juneau, Alaska on beautiful Chichagof Island. The lodge is accessible by daily air carriers, boat or the Alaska Marine highway ferry system. The community also hosts the Icy Strait Point a cruise ship destination resort that operates in late spring and into fall. The "Point" boasts two world class ship docks, Trams and one of the longest zip lines in the world. The island also has 200 plus miles of logging roads and world class fishing and wildlife opportunities.
