We are a 160-seat fusion restaurant specializing in delectible fresh sushi and monster gourmet burgers with a full-service bar. We also serve cravable appetizers, bubbly ramen, creative salads, and savory desserts. We carry a full wine list, varieties of sake, and extensive beer in addition to spirits.
SOB will be the Illinois Valley’s predominate destination for sushi and the home of the best burger in the area.
