Located in Goochland County just minutes from Short Pump, DOVER HALL is a 38,000 square foot castle offering event space for up to 400 guests and ten luxurious lodging suites for overnight guests.

Established in December 2019, BARTIZAN is Short Pump’s hottest new restaurant and bar, offering old world scratch made cuisine in a West Coast style atmosphere. With an adjacent 2300 square foot event hall, Bartizan can accommodate up to 125 guests.

Acquired in July 2020, HOLSTON RIVER LODGE is located in Southwest Virginia's Smyth County on 5 beautiful acres with 2000 feet of riverfront, and offers sleeping accommodations for 8 guests.

SEVEN LADY VINEYARDS is our latest venture scheduled to open in early 2022 at Dover Hall. The Tasting Room will launch a unique concept relative to any other wineries in Virginia, offering not just estate grown wines, but also an international portfolio of private labeled wines created by award winning vintners from around the world. With waterfront and vineyard views, SLV will be the ideal location for intimate weddings, corporate happy hours, and anything that warrants a celebration
