Founded in 2021, Avenue at Lyndhurst Care and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing the industries best healthcare with an emphasis on excellent outcomes.

Our campus includes 80 all private rehab suites with all the amenities. You can stroll through three courtyards with gazebo seating amongst the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Avenue at Lyndhurst can meet all your needs with 38 all private rooms for Assisted Living on the premises. These rooms feature a one-bedroom suite with roll-in shower, spacious living room and kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, phone, cable and internet.
