*Knowledge of various pastry skills and techniques based on level of experience. We are hiring a assistant pastry chefs and interns and the experience level of the successful candidate will determine the job offered.

*Responsible for preparing items for the cupcake case, helping out with orders, and prepping items as needed. Ability to produce production items for the week while still maintining attention to detail in decorating standards.

* Inclusive team attitude and ability to work well with others to create high-quality products for wholesale and bakery clients.

* High-energy individual, who can adapt to production deadlines. Ability to work at speed without impacting quality of production.

* Strong communication skills to accomplish bakery deadlines and meet customer requests.

* Must be proficient in kitchen equipment and safety standards.

* Upholds uniform standards, personal appearance and hygiene.

*Staying Organized and keeping kitchen clean

*Basic Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, and weekends.
- Genuinely positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, and strong work ethic.
- Sanitation and organization a must
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers
- Minimum of 1 year in a professional kitchen or in school getting your degree
