The Lingenfelser Family of Companies includes three restaurants at this time. We've been in the seafood business, both on the commercial side and the restaurant side for 100 years. Our recipes are time honored and come from the Low Country as well as the Chesapeake Bay area and Maine. CJ's is one of the busiest full service restaurants in Miami-Dade County. Dishwashers are paid between $11.00 and $13.00 per hour, Prep cooks between $13.00 and $15.00 and line cooks between $14.00 and $18.00 per hour depending on experience and performance.
