The shop is a retail catering kitchen offering two meals a day; lunch and dinner. Seasonal menus and specials will be offered that will excite the chef, cooks and customers alike. The goal is to merge the gourmet with the familiar by creating interesting menus that reflect our region, presented at our prepared food “counter”. The counter is surrounded by a small grocery with a broad selection of fresh in-house made foods such as dressings, sauces, pasta, breads, sweets, (anything the chef can come up with). The grocery will also stock locally made and international specialty food items, with a curated selection of home goods and unique food-centric gifts. The shop will have a high level of personal service usually associated with old school neighborhood shopkeepers. The experience of visiting this specialty store will be one that is looked forward to. The kitchen has limited patio seating and will sell wine and beer for to-go or on-site consumption.
