The Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook has 218 rooms, a restaurant/bar, fitness center/pool and 50,000 square feet of meeting space. Chef Steve Langlois traveled through Europe when he began his culinary career. He has since owned his own restaurant in Chicago, written a cookbook and has worked at the Lodge for over 15 years. He is well respected within Hyatt where he has worked for most of his career. Executive Sous Chef Joshua Karther is a past winner of our Leadership Award at the Lodge. His passion for food and ability to teach and mentor his employees are traits that make him a true leader for Hyatt! Hyatt's Purpose is to Care for People so They Can Be There Best!
