This has been the guiding philosophy contributing to the success of Growth Restaurants. The business of hospitality is a simple but immensely rewarding one. Our restaurants offer fine, well-prepared food, served graciously and punctually in a pleasant, entertaining atmosphere at reasonable prices.

Our Employees
We are proud of our employees and know they are bright and intelligent. We feel very attracted to all of them and hope to be able to help them in any way possible. We like to keep the lines of communication open, as it is critical to their success and the success of our restaurants. We are a close-knit family organization and we'd like to keep it that way.
Our Guests

The most important person in the restaurant is the guest. A large number of our guests also dine at other restaurants. We appreciate their comments and suggestions. The guest should always feel welcome to air his or her comments whether it is to complain, praise or evaluate in any way. Our products are tested and inspected before being served, however the testing feature is inadequate if we don't receive feedback from our guests.
