Shun's concept is to reintroduce Japanese cuisine with local inspiration by Local 2nd generation Japanese chef Naoki Yoshida & his team, will be working on a complete new menu concept that has been customized for Houston by using local sustainable products and Japanese ingredients. Everything has been hand picked, designed, and created by the Naoki to create a new experience for customers, the moment they step in.
