Our family has passed down traditional cooking techniques from many generations to bring out flavors from ancient ingredients such as Galangal, Kafir Lime, Ginger, Soy, Curry, lemongrass etc. Everything is made fresh from scratch. Our chefs continuously bring fusion ideas using different texture and forms, adding modern cooking techniques, all to excite your taste palette.
Pacific Bistro offers diners a choice to dine in the main dining room, at the sushi bar or full bar, in the hibachi room, a private room or outside patio.
