In 1990, Ca’d’Oro Bakery was founded in Santa Monica, California and originally served as a commissary for the La Scala restaurant group. In 2007, Cadoro expanded by opening a second facility in Inglewood, California. Today, Cadoro Bakery serves the finest bread and other baked goods to over 200 restaurants, hotels, and catering companies in the Southern California market. Our bread is baked fresh daily and contains no preservatives. Quite simply, our mission is to produce and deliver bread of the highest quality. Achieving this result doesn’t include cutting corners. It includes hard work and dedication from a team that is universally focused on that mission. We welcome any and all inquiries about our products and our company. While we don't have a retail store, customers can find us at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market on Sundays (8:30am - 1:30pm), Bob's Market, Co-opportunity, and Vicente Foods daily.
