Galliford's Restaurant and Tavern is an all American Cuisine restaurant attached to the Southwick's Zoo in Mendon, Massachusetts. It was built in 2017 and for the past four years it has held a above 4 stars on all review sites. The Southwick Brewer family opened Galliford's to feed zoo patrons and the local community. Galliford's is named after Robert Galliford Brewer, the late husband of matriarch Justine Southwick Brewer, and father of the rest of the Brewers on our board of directors and co-owners of the zoo. Our Mission is to enrich the lives of our guests, our employees and our owners. We do this through superior quality food and beverages, legendary customer service, sales growth, cost controls, and treating our employees like family. We believe that our employees are our most important resource and our success depends on creating and retaining staff capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience to every customer every time.
