Bellevue's first and only locally-owned craft brewery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted ales and lagers. We brew on a 20BBL system with 160BBLs of cellar capacity and 80BBLs of bright tank capacity. Our goal is to showcase the wonderful flavors and ingredients of Washington with local food, wine, cider, and brewing ingredients...keeping it local is good business.

The BBC is a full-service brewery featuring a delicious, always-fresh menu of appetizers, hot and cold sandwiches, pizzas, soups, salads, and desserts. Everything from our soups to our desserts, and everything in between, is house-made by our Chef. Our menu is constantly evolving and changes with the seasons.
