Conditions:
Position: Chef (Full-Time, Permanent position)
Wage: $35.00/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Ability to do shift work according to work schedule
Vacation: 10 days vacation or 4% of gross salary
Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
3 years or more in commercial cooking experience
Applicants from other provinces will also be considered

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals and foods on the menu such as gourmet burgers, chicken and plant based burgers, blaze signature poutines, chicken strips etc..
Maintain food meets quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation
Develop new recipes, improve food presentation, and refine menus
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
Create new recipes and determine how to present the food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
