Experienced line cook needed at Fuzzy Cactus

Experienced line cook needed at Fuzzy Cactus in Brookland Park (Northside). This position will be full time evenings. Experience working in a scratch kitchen and working with a small crew strongly desired. The ability to work independently is a plus. We are a neighborhood restaurant and venue. Hosting touring music acts weekly. Our menu is a mix of American and southwestern food items.

- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: quality knife skills, ability to follow multi step recipes, punctuality, attention to detail.
- Reliability is a must and good communication is necessary. We are a small crew working in a scratch kitchen.
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Ability to learn the small menu and step in seamlessly
- 30+hours per week
- Pay negotiable based on experience
- PTO, shift meal, drinks
