Bakers - Mixer - Wholesale Bakery

We are looking to hire a BAKER MIXER to our team . Would be approximately 30 hrs hours per week, with potential for Full Time in the future. We require a person who can independantly follow recipies and mix ingrediants on a Wholesale level.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

-must be able to lift 30lbs and physically fit.
-must be proficient at mixing batters, preparation of batters on their own
-reading and following recipes independantly
-must be comfortable at operating a bakery sheeter machine, cookie press depositor machine, bread slicer, and operating ovens
-clean machines
-working with high food safe standards
-maintain a clean and organized work station
-complete cleaning duties at the end of your shift.

Qualifications Summary of Experience:

Must be highly organized, and quality conscious
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Valid Food Safe Certificate
Able to work independently and/or on a team
Previous bakery shop experience
Attention to detail is essential

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing
Lifting up to 30lb
Bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity
