What We're Looking For:
- A seasoned chef with at least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
- A deep love for modern comfort food with flair (Caribbean/French fusion a plus!)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
- Clean, efficient, and cool under pressure
- Someone who brings flavor and fire to the kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Curate and update the menu in collaboration with ownership
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
- Train and inspire the kitchen team
Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends
