- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative and exciting menu items
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage food costs and portion control to maximize profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following all sanitation guidelines
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Coordinate and execute banquet catering events
- Order supplies and manage inventory
Requirements:
- Experience in Scratch Cooking
- Proficiency in Breakfast preparation
- Knowledge of Seafood cooking techniques
