Job Description:
As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality, consistency, and presentation are always top-notch. You will manage a team of kitchen staff, ensure the timely preparation of meals, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Your leadership and experience in American cuisine will be key to the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality American cuisine in a timely manner.

• Develop and update the menu to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

• Ensure consistency and high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste.

• Oversee inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen stock levels.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

• Create and maintain food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

• Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a casual dining environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience with American cuisine and classic comfort food.

• Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
