Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Lead Line Cook to lead our kitchen team, maintain our high culinary standards, and ensure seamless service. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and executing our menu, managing inventory, expediting during service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

•  Learn and master our menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation
•  Maintain accurate inventory records, order supplies, and minimize waste
•  Expedite during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to our high standards and presented promptly
•  Perform opening and closing duties, including kitchen setup, cleaning, and organization
•  Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
•  Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment
•  Adhere to our high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation

Requirements:

•  2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
•  Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation
•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
•  Physical stamina to withstand long hours, heat, and pressure
•  Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Culinary degree or equivalent experience
•  Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
•  Familiarity with kitchen management software
•  Certification in food safety and sanitation
