Job Expectations:

• Utilize knife skills to prepare ingredients for a variety of dishes
• Create innovative and delicious menus that cater to our customers' preferences
• Maintain portion control to ensure consistency and minimize waste
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced back of house environment
• Operate fryers and grills to cook a variety of dishes
• Handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
• Assist with catering events and large orders
• Manage food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and maximize profits
