Job Responsibilities:

1. Menu planning and development
2. Food cost management and portion control
3. Ensuring high food quality and presentation
4. Food preparation and handling
5. Managing food service operations
6. Ensuring sanitation and food safety standards are met
7. Overseeing food and beverage management
8. Merchandising and ordering supplies
9. Interviewing and hiring kitchen staff
10. Purchasing ingredients and supplies

Benefits: Health insurance is provided for all full-time employees.

Salary: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
