(This position is located in New City, NY - Rockland County) The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and be skilled in various culinary techniques such as broiling, sautéing, and sauce making. As a Sous Chef / Line Cook, you will be responsible for menu planning, plate presentation, and ensuring food quality meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pasta, seafood and chicken
• Manage food cost and portion control to maximize profitability
• Create sauces, pasta, seafood and chicken dishes from scratch
