Executive Chef

The Enginehouse Bar and Grill in Mount Clemens, MI 48043 is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for culinary arts and are looking for a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring food quality, and maintaining portion control. Your knife skills will be put to the test as you oversee all aspects of food preparation in the back of house. Experience with grilling, fryers, and baking is a must, as well as a strong understanding of food handling and sanitation practices.

The ideal candidate will have a ServSafe certification and be knowledgeable about food safety regulations. Experience with catering, merchandising, and ordering supplies is a plus. A commitment to quality of service and a passion for cooking are essential for success in this role.
