Grill & Prep Cook

We are looking to hire a prep cook who is willing to learn what we do here in our kitchen and is reliable and hard working. The Fireplace Inn is a family owned business who has been in Old Town for 56 yrs. Our employee's are family also and would love for you to join our team. As a grill or prep cook you will be working with our chef and team to prepare the food for our customers. We are looking for Part-time or Full-time, generally from 4:00-12:00.Pay is based on experience but we are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn. 

We are a small team looking to add a strong worker for our busy patio season.

Looking to add a Grill Cook and Prep Cook to our team who is enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable.

*Prepare dishes that have been ordered by a server

*Responsible for prepping food, sauces, and meats for the kitchen line cooks.

 English & Spanish preferred

*Must be able to work in a team setting and be a team player with a positive attitude

*Must be able to work in an organized & clean environment

*Responsible for opening and closing your station the proper way by the supervisors direction

*Cleanliness is key

*Must be able to take direction and ask for help if necessary

*Must be open-minded to new ideas

*Perform other duties as assigned if the need arises

*Must have Food Handlers Certificate

*2+ years of experience preferred
