Job Description:

1. Prepare and cook delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
2. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative and exciting menu items
3. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
4. Manage food costs and portion control to maximize profitability
5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following all sanitation guidelines
6. Assist with menu planning and development
7. Coordinate and execute banquet catering events
8. Order supplies and manage inventory

Requirements:

• Experience in Scratch Cooking
• Proficiency in Breakfast preparation
• Knowledge of Seafood cooking techniques
