Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including broiling, pasta, sautéing, and more
2. Create and execute menu planning with a focus on scratch cooking and plate presentation
3. Manage food cost, portion control, and ensure high food quality standards
4. Accommodate special diets and dietary restrictions
5. Assist with kitchen management and maintain a clean and organized work environment
