Eagle Oaks Golf & CC is now accepting applications for PM Sautee Chef. The desired candidate will have three years experience in upscale cuisine preparation with Italian flair, ability to execute, coordinate and organize a wide range of house made sauces, daily specials, provide on time delivery of orders to the members satisfaction in an organized, sanitary fashion.
Line cooks work with the Sous Chef in the daily planning and implementation of daily menu specials and development of menu rotations.
Fosters positive communication and promotes teamwork with the front and back of the house staff to improve the quality of services to our members satisfaction.
